30-Day Refund Policy

Probbie generates draft Alberta probate forms that must be reviewed before filing. If Probbie is not right for your estate, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, subject to the limits below.

Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

• You request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase
• You have not yet filed your probate documents with the Alberta court
• Your account is in good standing (no fraudulent activity or terms violations)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at refunds@probbie.com with your account email and a brief explanation (optional). We typically process refunds within 5-7 business days.

Draft Correction Support

If a reviewer or the Alberta court identifies corrections to documents we generated due to an error in our system, and not due to incorrect information you provided, we will:

• Fix the documents at no additional cost
• Provide general information about the correction process
• Offer a full refund if we cannot resolve the issue

This support does not guarantee court acceptance or any legal outcome. Probbie is a self-help tool, not a law firm, and the draft forms still require review before filing.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• More than 30 days have passed since purchase
• You have already filed documents with the court
• Court rejections due to incorrect information you provided
• You violated our Terms of Service
• You've previously received a refund for the same estate

Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after approval. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-10 business days to appear in your account.

Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds. Our flat service fee covers the entire Alberta draft package for one estate, and refunds are all-or-nothing based on our 30-day policy.
